The contrast of the new interventions reinforces the original character of the traditional House.
Rehabilitation of a typical rural house in Cartagena. The traditional house is made up by the addition of constructions around a patio. In this particular house, Los Victorias, many of these annexed parts are falling apart or are already ruins and must be demolished. The main building has to be completely rehabilitated, conditioned and furnished to be inhabited comfortably.
